I think Erdogan is just putting up a good show although he must be genuinely disturbed by the savagery of the Syrian military against civilian protesters. But we have to remember that he US had not really done anything to stop Syrian brutality or anyathing to help the anti-government protesters other than to send Ambassador Ford to Hama to speak nicely with the opposition but the US has left Assad to carry out his killing, butchering, shooting, of the protesters who dont want to continue to live under his tyrannical regime and who seek liberty and freedom.
