Yes, it will be different this time because there is an alignment of the "Great Conjunction." All things are coming together for a disaster. The so-called "Arab Spring" encourages dissent, The PLO and Hamas have assumed a unity of sorts perhaps in anticipation of a positive statehood vote. Hezbollah is armed to the teeth. The Palestinians are being whipped into a frenzy. Though a Palestinian State cannot be officially created without a concurring vote from the Security Council, a positive vote in the General Assembly will be sufficient to start a crisis with riots and "police" action.
