Aren't there reasons swedes are afraid though?

There most certainly is, Sweden have got about 300,000 immigrants which means that aprox 3.3% of sweden's population is immigrants. Still immigrants count for almost 25% of all crime in our country.

The healthcare system? Well why it fails mostly with immigrants is simply becouse a lot more immigrants come to the hospital with lethal injuries compared to how many Swedes come there with the same injuries.

Of course this causes you to have problems getting jobs here! No employer wants to hire someone who is much more likely to commit crimes then any Swede who isn't as likely to do it!
