why isnt this administation doing anything?

I cannot understand how we are just standing by, allowing thousands of people to be killed maimed or tortured in Syria when the supposed reason for going in to Libya was for the very same reason. And this has been going on for nearly a year- must I become that cynical that the phrase- it;s all about the oil- is really true?
