Dr. Pipes,

I have a great deal of respect for your scholarship and opinions on Israel and her Arab/Muslim neighbors, but I must say I think you should know better than to treat Franklin Graham's canard as seriously as you do! Then again, you may not know the NT--or all of what Graham had to say as per the 'Christianity' of Santorum and Gingrich--that well either. Graham is apparently well-convinced by the WORDS of S. and G. that they ARE Christian, but not by Obama's words--or his deeds. My personal opinion, for what it's worth, is that Franklin Graham needs to reread Matthew 6 and also 7:21 and then think again about the president's faith!
