Lawsuit against NYPDReader comment on item: CAIR Accepted as "Mainstream" Submitted by steveN (Ukraine), Jun 2, 2012 at 23:00 I just read that CAIR is involved in the lawsuit against the NYPD alleging violations of civil rights/constitution for surveillance after 9.11. I do believe that if these people were true American patriots, they would not be doing anything to undermine the attempts of law enforcement to safeguard the people of New York City after such a horrific experience. At least the Americans take note after the fact, even if they are not too good on the preventive end. Anyway, CAIR and other Muslim organizations should spend more time denouncing terrorism and Islamic extremists and less time defending every Muslim accused of terror acts.
