I can't imagine people with an appeasement mentality taking Sofaer up on this idea. This suggestion is clearly aimed for the ears of the current US administration which is hardly likely to start targeting IRGC units and facilities. Without that aspect of the plan, the communication part is lame. It's always useful for such ideas to be discussed and analysed. However, I'm not at all optimistic that it will make much difference. It still looks like Israel will need to sort this problem out largely on its own.
