No head in the sandReader comment on item: What Planet Does John Kerry Live On? Submitted by EthanP (United States), Feb 4, 2013 at 08:25 Daniel; I don't believe States head is in the sand. Rather, State suffers from long standing "Arabist" bias. There are more than 20 Arab nations. Each with it's professional Arab "experts". They seem to forget they represent American interests, not Arab. And it's no secret that there has always been an anti-semitic taste to the US State Department. Combine this with the leftist administration in the White House, which has given aid to enemies and discomfort to friends, and you can see that Morsi is exactly what this WH wants. No doubt a similar, rabidly anti western, anti-semitic government is exactly what this president is seeking in Syria. For any motivations, remember that Obama and Clinton are Alinskiites. And the new Sec. State is a fellow traveller.
