The Taliban Jihadist Who fight AssadReader comment on item: Support Assad Submitted by John (United States), Apr 17, 2013 at 10:38 Press TV Sunday December 23, 2012 reported around 1,000 Pakistani Taliban have been killed fighting Syrian president Assad's forces. The relatives of those Taliban killed have demanded that rebel leaders send their bodies back to Pakistan. The Pakistani Taliban have been told by western leaders N.A.T.O. forces will almost be completely withdrawn from Afghanistan by 2014. This is much like telling the South Vietnamese about our pullout strategy for their nation and South Vietnam with a corrupt government like in Afghanistan soon fell to our enemy. The Pakistani Taliban feel like they will soon be in control over Afghanistan as N.A.T.O. leaves just like what has happened in Iraq where our enemies are making life difficult for the Iraqi people. The fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban will free even more Taliban fighters to join in the war against Syrian president Assad and because of the Taliban's victory in Afghanistan the young Afghanistanis abandoned by the west will in vast numbers join Taliban forces showing loyalty to the Taliban or those who resist will be shot. Its how terrorism works in the Middle-East. The Taliban Pakistanis 1,000 men killed have been those fighting around Damascus whose bodies were buried in mass graves. The Taliban Pakistanis will keep coming to Damascus until victory is achieved. Israel will have to deal with the Taliban Pakistanis in the future conflict after Assad's government collapses. Israel will have to deal with the Taliban because N.A.T.O. forces have already proclaimed they are withdrawing from the fight against the Taliban. Israel cannot count on N.A.T.O. for N.A.T.O. has shown itself to the Jihadist world as being weak and N.A.T.O. nations keep on insisting that Israel make peace with the terrorist Abbas which only if implemented provides the Palestinians with more terrorist bases in which to attack Israel. Dr. Pipes, you are right. Should Assad's forces be defeated and the Jihadist win this will only lead to further war in the Middle-East with the primary target being Israel.
