What "failed" meansReader comment on item: Hamza Yusuf Fails My "Test" Submitted by Fwaz (United States), Apr 21, 2013 at 09:49 It is very obvious from Hamza Yousuf's speech what he means by taking the test and failing it. The test consisted of closed end questions about some controversial matters that muslims might find it hard to answer to or comment on by yes/no (or select a side) very easily without elaboration. Hamza thought that imposing the questions in such a way is an intention to draw trick the common (unaware) muslim into a "Yes" in agreement with the bad actions. That is why he thought he failed the test... He could not say but "No" to the majority of the bad actions or beliefs the question ask about. And, he wishes that everyone fails to be categorized as an enemy. I myself replied to most questions where if extremists heard me, they would blow me up!
