Israel must be excluded from concerns over IraqReader comment on item: Brent Scowcroft is Wrong: We Must Attack Saddam Submitted by Klee Gluckman (New Zealand), Aug 22, 2002 at 08:13 It does not matter if the Arabs are fuming over Israel. It must always be remembered in the west that Arab leaders control thier own media and make no effort to promote peace or democracy. Israel serves as a mechanism of justification for thier lack of democracy and lack of freedom and decent economic sustainability policies. Arab leaders should either show some guts and support the attack Saddam or throw a democratic election so that others who do have the guts will step forward.
