Democracy required

Daniel,

No one denies you supported Saddam's removal and no one opposed occupation more than I - to the extent of a failed and falsified FBI sting operation among other harassments.

Where you and I have differed (amicably I hope) is that I have insisted on US support for Iraqi representative government while you have often stated your belief that Iraq requires a strongman. Although Iraq's post-liberation fate is still in question, after five free and fair national elections I think things are trending my way.

I still insist that this is the only stable security solution for the US and Israel.
