The fundamental issues are not dealt withReader comment on item: Why Was Enoch Powell Condemned as a Racist and Not Charles de Gaulle? Submitted by Aurora Aronsson (Sweden), Aug 20, 2013 at 08:49 As very thoroughly documented by Bat Ye'or in her "Eurabia", cowardly De Gaulle, who was hiding in London while heroes like Jean Moulin were fighting Petain and the Germans in France, was one of the main midwives of Muslim immigration and "special laws" (including the law preferring Arabs to teach Islam in universities) which are now the steel safe protecting the Muslim conquest of Europe. In Britain, the issue is even hotter, since most Muslims there are British Subjects, totally estranged from British culture, and not just foreign immigrants like in France or Pieds Noirs.
