true reason for some arabs migration to india and.nearby regions

yes ,there were invaders from arab who followed after migrated arab. what was reason for those migrated one to took shelter in india? these migrated arab peacefully mixed up with pepoples arround them and did not said forcefull converision. But this evangelicalism was supported by those invadors from arab who killed being sheltered. ! here I mean by evangelicalism : Pertaining to a movement of those invaders that stresses personal conversion to their said religion. But again question arises how migrated arabs and invaders I.e who followed after them, differ in religion?
