Pls explain :: Reader comments at Daniel Pipes

"Turkish president ... loses unless Obama seriously attacks Assad." -- why doesn't he - or the sauds - attack? They both have powerful air forces that the US gave them. Why do we have to do the dirty work when others who are closer are capable of doing it? Or are the planes we gave them for use only against Jews?
