will Obama learn when he confronts IranReader comment on item: Scoring the Syria Deal Submitted by myth (Germany), Sep 18, 2013 at 04:32 Will Obama learn from the Syria deal when he confronts Iran? The day arms-control inspectors set foot on Syrian military facilities these people effectively protect the Syrian military from air-strikes. The Syria deal trumps Syrian air-defense. That must not ever happen in Iran. The US will lose over time given the dynamics of the Iranian nuclear program. Iran will approach a nuclear weapon faster than arms inspectors would pull the plug on one centrifuge after another. If Obama learns from his retreat in Syria there will be light at the end of the Iranian tunnel. If not, there will be a blinding flash of light at the end of that tunnel.
