No it will not be a Sunni v Shia alliance :: Reader comments at Daniel Pipes

I do not believe that it is going to be a well demarcated Sunni v. Shia alliance as I do believe that it will not just be Iran and Israel in this alliance but Egyptians have no like for al-Qa3ida or those that support it including the terrorist organization the Muslim Brotherhood and they want Bashar el-Assad to be supported and they want to defeat the Islamo-fascist terrorists in Syria

Would the West join this alliance? I doubt it very much as our leaders are pals and friends of terrorists the likes of the MB
