Bigot...Really ?Reader comment on item: Conservatives Rally on the Streets of Paris Submitted by Boutros Khalil (Canada), Apr 2, 2014 at 11:52 Riposte Laïque and Résistance républicaine ARE NOT "conservative" movements and/or organizations. They all come from the Left and are REPUBLICAN in the french sens of the word, meaning RES PUBLICA, the Business of The People. Nothing to do with american republicans... On the other hand I don't think you would qualify of "bigot" the Israelis, it seems a "little" fact has escaped your attention: this fight, in France, is absolutely not different from the fight of Israel against 100th of millions of Muslims ready to "throw the Jews to the sea", it is an existential struggle that will grow in intensity. Another fact that speaks by itself: Kossovo, and the destruction of the Balkan by the actions of Germany and the USA... When we observe the monstruous propaganda against the Serbs, Lybia, Syria and now Russia, the fate of non-muslim people persecuted in all the countries under muslim rule, your use of the word "bigot" becomes ridiculous, if not obscene. There are tons of documented history of the ethnic cleansing perpetrated by muslims and the destruction of cultures in the countries they conquered.. Since when it is bigotted to not tolerate intolerant people ? The US has become the biggest trouble maker (Pew Institute global survey) and it's not by going to bed with islamists of the worst kind in Syria that the USA will improve their national debt or their abysmal social situation. Clearly France and other european countries have nothing good to expect from the United States, WW2 is over since 69 years , since George Kenan the main objectif of your country has been to weaken other countries , fight social progress, reinforce the protection and the obscene privileges of a small camarilla of people immensely rich.
