The world is getting tiredReader comment on item: Conservatives Rally on the Streets of Paris Submitted by Prashant (United States), May 5, 2014 at 03:28 Dear Dr Pipes, People around the world are working hard to make our planet more prosperous, healthy and productive. Most of us are worried about growing demands on our resources, the potential efffects of climate change, of increasing world population, and of massive shifting of means of production from one country to another. These are the challenges that humanity has never faced before and these challenges are keeping majority of humans on this planet on their toes. In this scenario, our world is getting tired of Islamists' we-are-the-victims mentality and give-me-more attitude. The conservative protest in France is not the only example. In India, the leftist Congress party is heading toward losing significant vote share to conservative BJP. In the United Kingdom --Perhaps by being motivated by BJP's ascendency in the Indian elections-- David Cameron has spoken against multi-culturalism and increasing influence of Islamists in the British schools. I am afraid that unless Islamists change their attitude they are heading toward world wide opposition to their hypocrisy.
