This is a very serious issue in EuropeReader comment on item: Conservatives Rally on the Streets of Paris Submitted by Alexandros (United Kingdom), Apr 3, 2014 at 07:06 Immigration in Europe is a very serious issue, even though the problem is not immigration by itself, but the incompetence of the governments to manage the phenomenon. It is not immigration the cause for the rise of the nationalists in Europe. The cause is those people who are trying to exploit the immigrants so to promote their own agendas of internationalism or globalism. Those people have been collaborating with Islamists and the Islamists see an opportunity through them so to conquer and there is the problem! it is very interesting to say that the Nationalists have not much to do with NAZIs as the internationalists and globalists are trying to say. The ranks of the Nationalists are quite often infiltrated with neo-nazis and that is true, but the neo-nazi groups are nothing else but uninvited guests often financially enhanced by the forces that wish to tarnish the Nationalist movements and immediately expelled from the movements when exposed. It is also very important to say that the people who support those movements are not racists, but genuine patriots who feel that the institutions of their homeland are threatened and actually they are pro_European as well, as long Europe is willing to be built on the basis of respecting it's different cultures! The solution in all this is what Australia has done! I would say that it is a rather rational solution and nothing else. The Australian government has said, "Ladies and gentlemen you are in Australia now and this means that you have to live by our laws and culture. We do respect you culture and you are allowed to express yourselves and your customs, but you have to respect ours, if you don't like this, then you should go back home". It is as simple as that. I have to say that i am an immigrant as well, i am Greek and i live in England for the past five years. I know are religions for example are quite close, but still there are differences, even though i don't feel offended because people here celebrate easter in a different way for example, it is their tradition, i respect it and i enjoy it and if i feel i feel homesick i can go to the Orthodox church and there you go. I am not here to conquer to change the people of this country, i am here to learn from them and perhaps promote my customs to them and show them how we do things as well and this is how enrichment of both cultures happens. In contrast, a lot of Muslims are here to conquer, they are here to say that "English you shouldn't be allowed to celebrate Christmas or Easter, because we are offended", which is something completely irrational and even though some people in the government really seem to be thinking about it, "maybe they are right" . This is the cause of the nationalist rise, it is inevitable and although most of the nationalists are rational people, we would be dumb to deny that those movements have also extremists in their ranks!
