RONALD WILLIAM PELTON

Mr. Pelton was an NSA intelligence analyst. He sold Tier 1 keys & logics to the former USSR/KGB for the paltry sum of $35,000 in 1986. Mr. Pelton passed no documents as he is said to have a photographic memory. He (Mr. Pelton) compromised Operation Ivy Bells, a joint operation between the USN, CIA, and NSA that placed deep sea wire taps on former Soviet communication cables in the Pacific Ocean. His treason was no different from Jon Pollard's. He is serving a life sentence and will most likely die in prison. Are we to assume that because Jon Pollard is Jewish that he is entitled to some special treatment (pardon) for his treason, unlike others serving time for their treason?
