Islamic dam

The middle east main rain season is just about over. Leave it to people inspired by Islam and applying islamism to find ways to cause destruction, suffering, and death with a dam (or any thing else they control). The 2nd law of thermodynamics (things break down) is more evident under isalmist influence. The opposite is also true. non Islam will in general find a way to make order a purpose out of chaos. Why are the Turks closing off the river? How likely is this to cause spread of war? Oil shortages or price spikes for the west this summer
