Quid the Nile......

Seems to me that we are going to have another issue here, and that is the disposition of Nile waters between Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt... This was the subject of a treaty, negotiated between Italy and the British Empire... which gave the "lion's share" to the British lion (ie Egypt....) The emerging Ethiopia is reportedly in a dam building mode today.....
