We have found the enemy, and he is US

First of all, I beg to differ from you in your interpretation of the scriptures; and I dare say, hardly any Jews will agree with you. Secondly, I see that you are an American -- which explains why you prefer that it is the Russians, rather than the Turks, who will attack Israel. Outside of the US, this is not such a popular idea. In fact, the "small horn" of Daniel 7 is, in all probability, the US -- the country which started out small, but has quickly become great, overthrowing three great powers (Germany, Italy and Japan) and becoming the greatest power in history. Russia, by comparison, is small potatoes. It doesn't take a ministerial degree to figure this out; just the ability to see the elephant in the living room.

In Hitler's day, the Jewish people were abandoned by ALL the ten colonial powers (ten horns), by the US and by the rest of the world as well. The US could easily have accomodated the Jewish refugees; but it put up a paperwork wall instead, to keep them out. The British, likewise, the greatest of the colonial powers before the war, was in a perfect position to help the Jews and repatriate them to Palestine; but they instead turned them back on the high seas. Israel does not have real friends anywhere. It's truly as it says in Zechariah 14, that the all the nations of the world are against her; and the leader of those nations is the US -- a "special friend" today, so I'm told; but a country that is becoming so hedonistic and self-absorbed, it will turn on its own children for the sake of more comfort and safety. Israel can't trust the US, any further than it can throw them.

The prospect of Turkey, Iran, Sudan and Libya ganging up to attack Israel is not fanciful, and requires no esoteric wisdom about the Bible: All those countries have leaders who hate the Jews and Israel, have publicly called her a cancer on the earth, and desire with every fiber of their being to eradicate her. That's my point; and it doesn't require reading countries like Moldova and Kazakhstan in the space between the lines. All it requires, is one look at the grim face of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
