Over thinking

When they talk about war to their people over and over again eventually they have to do it no matter what. If the don't they lose credibility and power. Leading to someone below them to taking over. That is the way it works in the Islamic world for the last 1400 years. Read, Culture and Conflict by Philip Salzman.
