Funny How Unintended Consequences Once Again Rule

What is mind boggling is that this whole ISIL imbroglio is a product of flawed USA policies during the occupation of Iraq. By deBaathifying and disbanding the standing Iraqi military, the creation of ISIL was set in motion with a ready supply of trained officers. Somebody had to be aware of this possibility----where were they??!!
