Who Wouldn'tReader comment on item: Pro-Israel Palestinians Submitted by Arlinda DeAngelis (United States), May 15, 2005 at 11:00 This is not rocket science for the Arabs in Palestine. Israel has a stable democratic government and all that it implies. Israelis have basic personal rights and vote for their representatives and leaders. Israel has institutions. Their young people have schools in which to be educated. Israel has hospitals and doctors that care for the sick and dying. It has cultural institutions and an economy that creates jobs and encourages prosperity. Israelis have a stable society. What does the "Authority" in Palestine offer. It offers its people the right to kill themselves and as many Israelis as is humanly possible. It offers no personal rights and who knows where real leadership begins. Is it Hamas, Hezebollah, Al Aqusa, the Martyr's Brigade ... who? It has no economy except payoffs for terrorism. It offers no education other than camps training its camper students on how to become a homicide suicide bomber. It has no jobs. It has no economy. It has no imports except of course rockets and guns and bombs. It has no exports, except, of course, terrorism. A stable society among the Arabs in Palestine is defined by how many children can be produced to become homicide suicide bombers. The mothers in these stable families happily accept payment for the deaths of their children ... the very definition of a stable society!!!! What person in their right mind would consider that the "Authority" in Palestine offers a better more secure more prosperous longer life than Israel?
