Dear Mr. Barry Grossman,

Unlike you, I have the utmost appreciation for "ideological and political views" of Dr. Daniel Pipes. If such things could be quantified - which they cannot - I'd say that I agree with most of his expounded possitions on the Middle East. But I do not agree with his view that- as outsiders especially - we ought to distinguish between "Islam" and "Islamist," particularly so we could say that Islam is "good," or "respectible," and that "Islamism" is not. If you read my passion as "hatred," I assure you that you are mistaken, unless you take into account those "faceless" Muslim balaclava terrorists who have beheaded the 21 poor Coptic Christian in Lybia who have immigrated to earn a living. Do you hold any human compassion - or "respect" - for the similarly dressed faceless Muslims who did not cut off the head of the Jordanian Pilot, but burnt him alive in an Iron Cage?

Unlike you, or Dr. Daniel Pipes, I do not "respect" any religion; rather I "tolerate" religion, which was something established during the West's Enlightenment. Religion is like a virus, it evolves, or like other disease. In the case of Judaism and Christianity it evolved into less verile forms of oppression. I direct you to the extreme violence of the Old Testament, in which on many occasion, in the name of God, many humans are "punished" in violent ways, plagues, wars, beading, etc. And in the case of Christianity, alleged adulterer isn't punished by stoning a woman alive - unlike the case of Islam; and homosexuals are not hanged - except in the Ayatollah's Iran of today. Dr. Daniel Pipes wishes to separate the good Islam from the bad, which he calls by a "euphemism" of "Islamism," or qualifies with some other adjectives, like "ideology," or "political," precisely because he is a nice man. But religions lie dormant, often loose their violent natures over time - but the opposite has already happened to Islam.

Dr. Daniel Pipes is also an eloquent writer, and it would take me many revisions, and much time, to match my views to his on this particular matterr. But I've had a bit of good luck yesterday. Besides discovery that the Prime Minister of France, Hollande, invoked the taboo expression "Islamofascism," as in "France 'at war with Islamo-fascism', says prime minister"

I have discovered the eloquent journalistic writing of G. Murphy Donovan who, on the Doublethinking in the style of George Orwell, when it comes to Islam, on this particular point, I am more in agreement with Journalist Donovan, that Dr. Daniel Pipes. I strongly urge to read closely what Mr. Donovan writes about the Religion of Islam today, and particularly the vast silent majority of its practicioners in relation to the "cancer" in their midst when the term "Islamophobia" is invoked.
