If all Jews unite on anything, they will no longer be Jews.

True; and no Arab ruler who forgets this will keep his head attached to his neck very long.

This has been true since Muhammed's time; but for long periods of time, Muslims were afraid to do this. In short, they need to be treated like animals, with a whip. When that happens, they behave. Otherwise, it's open season on "nonbelievers"

They claim the entire world as ultimately theirs; so if Israel were not holy to the Jews and Christians, they would not make it the cause celebre that they have. The thing that makes Israel such a juicy target, is that it is, they imagine, attainable. Muslims hate Christians as much as Jews; but defeating Christendom is not attainable.

As long as the Jewish people were living in exile and humiliation, the Muslims pretty much left them alone (howbeit, as second-class citizens).

The "Arab-Palestinian leadership" consists of terrorist organizations: the PLO aka Fathah, HAMAS, etc. Some authoritarian Arab states have recognized Israel, namely, Egypt, Jordan and, for a while, Mauritania. It was the Israelis who were stupid enough to invite the PLO to live right in the middle of their country, at a time that the PLO had been expelled from first Jordan, then Lebanon, and were struggling to survive in Tunisia. The Jews foolishly trusted Bill Clinton, that he would protect them. Idiots!

The Jewish "people" have lived in Israel, on and off, since around 2000 BC. The "nation" of Israel would better be counted back to the time of King Saul.

The Aramaeans, or "Arab Christians" also have lived in Israel since the time of the Jewish believers in the Book of Acts; and they have some facility in the Aramaic language that was spoken there then. The Muslim conquest dates from 634 CE; so the Muslim Arabs are colonialist conquerors from Saudi Arabia.

True. It was just another part of Turkey, Egypt and other fleeting concoctions.
