If you're an eastern potentate,
A tyrant of an oil state,
Or a Russian oligarch,
Who does his business in the dark,
Or a grand tycoon of sleaze,
Who needs to launder cash with ease,
Then donate to the charity,
That's run by Bill and Hillary,
The feds will never give a screech,
At baksheesh for a boring speech,
For it is clear above the din,
That all do know the fix is in,
So may each one drain his flagon,
"To Hillary in the paddy wagon."
