O2 bans DanielPipes.org
Reader comment on item: UK Internet Providers Block Me: O2, Sky, Three

The UK regulator for internet services is OFCOM (www.ofcom.org.uk), which provides a complaints service. Bear in mind that you (Mr Pipes) are not a customer of O2, so they might reject your complaint on the basis that you don't have any standing to complain. If you like, I can try to find an O2 customer (I'm no longer with this company) who is willing to make a complaint.

O2 has not rejected my complaint but sent me - and everyone else - off to the BBFC.
Still, if you can help with finding O2 customers to complain, I would appreciate that.
