Complaint to O2

One of my associates - an O2 customer and a barrister - emailed complaintreviewservice@o2.com as follows:

"I am writing to complain about the categorisation of this website www.danielpipes.org as 18+ only. This website contains serious political commentary. Not everyone would agree with the views expressed but they are not in any way dangerous to those under 18. Since your procedures for removing the block are quite cumbersome, this categorisation effectively censors this website for most o2 users.

I suspect that you have done this as a result of politically motivated complaints by people who wish to suppress political views with which they disagree."

He writes: "As far as I can see I did not receive any reply."
