You are blocked in Dubai
Reader comment on item: UK Internet Providers Block Me: O2, Sky, Three

I regularly read your blog and on one occasion tried to look at it at Dubai airport. It was blocked as inappropriate content. I guess this is less surprising than in the U.K.

I spent a month in the UAE in 2015-16 and had no problems reaching my website.
