San Bernardino terrorist

Tashfeen Malik is the name of the female terrorist that killed innocent people in San Bernardino. My question to Dr. Pipes: Has the government explained how she managed to get into this country? Would another terrorist be able to get into the U.S.A. today in a way similar to what she accomplished?

1. I don't know of a U.S. government explanation of what went wrong.
