Something that isn't fakeReader comment on item: What Do Jihadis Want? The Caliphate Submitted by Michael S, Mar 18, 2017 at 18:35 Hello, Daniel Fatih Alev's words say something on the matter: "As of now, the caliphate is totally irrelevant. As of tomorrow, it could be relevant. I would not exclude it." These are the words of an Imam, very high mucky-muck in the Islamic pecking order. By interpretation, he is essentially sayin, "I haven't a clue, what to say about this 'Caliphate' business." I haven't, until the past week or so, done much serious study about doctrinal differences within Islam. To me, it's like taking seriously the pronouncements of the King of Liliput in Gulliver's Travels. Muhammed was a false prophet, end of story -- except that a couple billion deluded people think he spoke for God; and several tens of thousands of fanatical followers are torturing and beheading Christians, Muslims and others -- even soldiers of the "Caliphate" -- in the name of the phoney god "Allah", and burning children alive for trying to escape the hell on earth the "Calif" has made for them. Wahhabis, the sect that rules Saudi Arabia and Qatar, believe that someone is an "unbeliever" or "idolater", if he or she seems to contradict even the most abstruse of their doctrines. In other words, they commit murder and worse, and feel vindicated by Allah in doing so. The other Sunni sects, the 97% of Sunnis who follow the Hanafi, Maliki and Shafi'i maddhabs, are not this extreme. The problem lies in the fact that very moderate Hanafis, Malikis and Shafi'is; and American black prisoners and Leftist idiots, are regularly converted nowadays by Saudi-endowed clerics into Wahhabism. On the Shi'ite end of Islam, the Sheikhs apparently speak as the voice of God to the people, because the people have no clue what Islam is all about. In this, they resemble billions of Christians and Jews, who must consult their rabbi or TV evangelist to hear from the Almighty. Ayatollah Kamenei is the most powerful actor in this regard, by virtue of the special towel he wears on his head. Need we belabor the point beyond that? They're nuts, OK? They're all stark raving mad; and I'm only bothering to give them this much attention, because there is absolutely zero, zippo, nada reality in the media. Even Fox News has now been call out, for passing on unsubstatiated information that has the likes of MI6 and Angela Merkel scratching their heads in confusion. The only thing I can find on the Internet that approximates reality nowadays, is the psychiatric opinions of Dr. Charles Krauthammer. Outside of that, I have to ask my wife, who only hears rumors at work, or the hummingbirds, who can't talk. That's how hard it is to find out what's going on in the US, much less to figure out why people are doing whatever they;re doing. Am I now to try to figure out the nutty Jihadis as well? I can't. They just torture people and lop off heads. What more do we need to know? Kill them, if you get the chance. They're all highly dangerous lunatics, heavily armed and hopped up on drugs. The latest from Charles Krauthammer, by the way, is "No one believes there was Trump wiretap"; and I might sum up the rest as, "No one actually believes much of anything anymore, and when they do believe something, it's probably a lie". Meanwhile, the Bible says, Matt. 24: [11] AND MANY FALSE PROPHETS SHALL RISE, AND SHALL DECEIVE MANY. [12] And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. THAT, you can be certain, is not fake news.
