Is Sweden most racist country?

Dear Dr Pipes, one of your readers who is probably an immigrant to Sweden called Sweden the most racist country. I do not think Sweden is the most racist country. That honor would probably go to one of the millions of Islamic theocracies that discriminate between people based on their religion.
