Dealing with a rogue interprise

Mr. Pipes touches upon a very timely issue. In hindsight, all the negotiation with the Palestinian Arabs has been in vain. The Oslo-Accord, much do about nothing. What's at issue today is to mediate to the PA and Hamas that Judea and Samaria are inseparable parts of the Jewish State of Israel. How the Arabs are managing in such a reality are up to them. But, on the other hand, still giving the Pal-Arabs the hope of gaining Jewish land will just sharpen their bloodthirsty quest.
