IMO there are a number of factors working for Dubai 1. Saudi next door. Immense wealth pours into Dubai every day with the Saudi tourist. As long as Sauid is Wahhabi, this will continue. This is billions of new dollars per year. Really the question, Daniel, is not why Dubai is so successful, it is why the West is so astoundingly stupid.
