Your thoughts are well reasoned, as are Tobin's. Personally, I have to "side" with Mr. Tobin for one reason. I assume this plan will include recognition of Israel's existence as the Jewish state. We all know that since 1948 the aim of the PLO, the PA, Hamas, etc., etc., is the elimination of Jews and the State Of Israel. Not Arafat, not Abbas, not any "palestinian" leader, will ever agree to any plan which recognizes this reality.
