More gems from al-Ahmadiyya! Harvey Weinstein Islam and other sordid mattersReader comment on item: Can Islam Be Reformed? Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Jul 21, 2018 at 09:24 Dr Pipes I came across this article by a follower of the cult of al-Ahamdiyya (who are not regarded as Muslims by both Sunni and Shi'a Muslims). https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/harvey-weinstein-islam-sexual-assault-rape-womens-rights-a8001521.html The article is about how Islam can prevent sexual scandals! The author never venture in explaining the biggest sexual scandal in the Qur'an preserved in Surat al-Tahreem or Chapter 66 where Muhammad had sex with a slave girl, Mariyya al-Qibtiyya, and then his many wives have "hissy fits" and no other than Allah interferes and he tells Muhammad that it is OK to cheat on his wives! So much for Islam has the answer to preventing of sexual scandals! However, what I'm interested in is the following: 1. The author of the article tells us and I'm quoting: "the Khalifa of Islam" has the answer. So when you check who is this Khalifa? No he is not the Khalifa of Daesh! You will discover he is not even an Arab. He is Indian tablighee and he is a certain Hazrat Mirza Mansoor Ahmadaba and he wears a glorious funny hat Here is the link http://www.reviewofreligions.org/authors/mirza-masroor-ahmad/ And the truth is he is a nobody in the rest of the Islamic world and he cannot even visit Mecca with or without his funny hat Notice the dishonesty of the author. He does not identify this so called Kahilfa or the fact that he is an Indian and an Ahmadee. He only provides a link, but even the link leads no where 2. Then the author of the article tells us that based on "chapter four verse two of the Holy Qur'an clarifies that women were not created out of the body of a man or from his rib" If you turn to the Qur'an you will discover that the verse he is talking about is really Q4:1 and not Q4:2! Now could this be just a single mistake? Or could the editors of the Cairo Qur'an made a mistake? Well, here is the answer; in al-Ahmadiyya you count the Basmala as a verse et voila the second verse will be the one in question. But this means that al-Ahmadiyya are corrupting the Quranic text! 3. Now here is what the verse says: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً Now if we read the second sentence is says: وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً Which can be rendered as: And He (Allah) created from it (as you shall see later this is Adam) its mate (as you shall see later Eve or Hawa' in Arabic and Syriac) and from them (dual case or read it as he and she) many men and women This is clearly the story of Adam and Eve which is scattered (for reasons unknown) all over the Qur'an Now the author of the Qur'an always assumes that the readers of the Qur'an must be familiar with the Biblical narrative about the story of Adam and Even and al-Mufasereen come to the rescue and fill the big gaps omitted by the author of the Qur'an and if we turn to Ibn Kathir we find the following: وخلق منها زوجها ) وهي حواء ، عليها السلام ، خلقت من ضلعه الأيسر من خلفه وهو نائم ، فاستيقظ فرآها فأعجبته The Quranic And he created from it (Adam) its mate! and she is Hawa' (Eve) peace be upon her, was created from a left rib in the back while he (Adam) was sleeping, He (Adam) woke up saw her (Eve or Hawa') and liked her Clearly Ibn Kathir is filling in the Quranic gap in the story by providing the Biblical narrative and this has been the accepted version by Muslims for the past 1400 years until this strange Ahamdiyya were making things up So far the Ahmadiyya Kahilfa and the author of the article are making things up 4. ربكم الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة Can be rendered as: Your Lord created you from one single soul (Adam) Compare with what the author of the article tells us: "men and women were created from a single soul" Which is true but this single soul is Adam unless Ibn Kathir is ignorant or a liar And most damaging to his claim is that if you read the whole verse again it says: "your Lord who created you from ONE single soul (Adam) and He (Allah) created from it (Adam's soul) his mate (Eve or Hawa') The Arabic here is very clear Are they liars or are they ignorant? I will leave it to the reader to judge them But again the religious industry in India is full of evil men and lairs that try to control others foolish enough to believe their nonsense and liars, and never trust translations by Indian Muslims and Pakistanis Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
