Qasim Solimani was a vile terroristReader comment on item: The Death of Soleimani and Its Consequences Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Feb 14, 2020 at 14:20 Dr Pipes, If you ask the Syrians that were brutalized by Daesh the likes of the Yazidis, the Shi'a, the Christians and the Armenians they would praise Solimani. However, Solimani's main duty was to contain the war in Syria and Iraq as he knew very well that next on the agenda of Daesh would have been Iran. So he did not fight Daesh out of love for the above religious minorities. Compare it with the total dislike of Solimani by the Christians and Sunni Muslims in Lebanon. He was no doubt a terrorist and a thug. I would not have been surprised if our MSM have also called him "an austere scholar" too! He who lives by the sword die by the sword and good riddance for such vile terrorist Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
