Our dear Constitutional Scholar wrote this little gem

Mr genius I'm not a lawyer or a "Constitutional Scholar" as you claim (which I don't even believe you). However, we compare oranges to oranges not to apples right? Hint: Financial institutions are highly regulated as they should, but this is a different beast.
