Turkey needs to be stopped by US ASAP

Dear Dr. Pipes,

Thank you very much for your Great article and insights. I agree with your assessments and add that Turkey with or without Erdogan is moving on the same vision to re establish the Ottoman Empire and the new Caliphate. If someone can not see that it is because does not understand Turkey or has other personal interests. Here is where EU and US are making huge mistakes up this moment. .

Turkey if not stopped by US then will do what you have mentioned into your prophetic article.I absolutely agree on the assessments and even add that the next step, after those mentioned in the article, is for Turkey to take control over of the Mediterranean, fill up Europe with refugees, destroy the cohesiveness of NATO and allow Russia to expand even further. If things go like this, which is most likely to happen, then a major war will most probably follow, for shaping the new maps of the region, with unprecedented catastrophes and unknown results. This final war might turn to become a world war even worse than the 1st world war. I am not a prophet but, in my job, I know very well what I am talking about.
