Best political solution that's good for country and honoring the PM is for Bibi to slide into role as President as you have stated. Drop all criminal charges in bargain that serves everyone and leaves intact Netanyahu's astounding legacy, record of change and leadership of Israel. He should remain untarnished in pantheon of greats, along w Ben Gurion, Menachem Begin, Golda Meir, and the unrecognized Levy Eskol (1967 war). He's certainly the greatest shaper of the successful Jewish state in modern history and this honor should be preserved. Quit while ahead as mainstream media and enemies as we've seen w Trump will never let you succeed at some point, writing on wall, whether righteous or not.
