I hope they convert because they see Islam's blundersReader comment on item: The Perilous Path from Muslim to Christian Submitted by Prashant (United States), Jul 15, 2021 at 22:20 Dear Dr Pipes, Thanks for the above article ("The Perilous Path from Muslim to Christian") of your's. As more information becomes available to more people around the world, let us hope that Muslims see Islam's selfishness, hypocrisy, and blunders. I hope and wish that any exits from Islam are based on true conviction and not on misinformation, greed, political pressure, or deception. In less educated societies religious rumors can be easily spread and sustained. Christianity's biggest selling point should be its message of love and service and not the rumor of a dream of a man attired in white. If Muslims discover the faults of Islam and are willing to admit it, they will be willing to create versions of Islam in which women and men are educated, freedom of speech is valued, democracy is protected, Jews are not hated by default, and those who are different are valued as long as they are not truly bad. These versions of Islam are what we need. These versions need no dreams. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
