משרד המשפטים מודה כי גם בתיקים של הצתה על רקע לאומני, המדינה נמנעת באופן שיטתי להגיש כתב אישום בצירוף המניע הלאומני.

- Out of 374 cases opened for arson on a nationalist background, the offense appeared in only 6 indictments. "As a rule, no racist motive is attributed."
The Ministry of Justice admits that even in cases of arson on a nationalist background, the state systematically refrains from filing an indictment in conjunction with the nationalist motive.
