Racist Arab masses: May.10.21 'brutal' example in Jaffa

The security cameras, which documented the lynching in Jaffa by a large number of Arabs, tell a difficult story about a violent and indifferent society, of rioters and those watching from the sidelines.
... a minute of breaking cruelty. Animalistic. And there are the randomness: dozens of Jaffa Arabs, one probably does not know each other, joining together, from the moment to the moment, like the Lynch in Ramallah, to abuse the Jew.

Dror Tamir, 43, who went for a walk the, on the sidewalk on Yefet Street in Jaffo, fell victim - was pushed by an Arab female.

The group clings on him, and kicks all over his body. One moves the other to find a comfortable angle to kick. Others bother and bend to pound his face. They are not selective in body parts. And all wild, intensively, with enjoyment. Hit the Jew as much as you could.
The cellular is falling, and someone takes it.

On the sidewalk 4 Arab young women. 3 in Muslim clothing and one in Jeans. The one with the jeans goes down the road. Maybe to separate? No. She came to see closely the lynch. Looks in indifference and returns. Another on the sidewalk, cheers on in applause.

Meanwhile, from the street slopes, more Arabs run, arrive and join the beaters. About 20 Arabs in the arena, on the pavement is a crowd spectators. The shop owners are also watching. No one lifts a finger. Do one calls to stop, as it happened in Bat Yam when a group of people created a circle of shielding around the Arab - victim of lynch.

Second after, two arrive, one with a electric bicycle and the other with a motorcycle. The one from the bicycle raises him roughly from his shirt, and you want to believe, [it is] to rescue him from the road, but no. He also wants to enjoy the beating of a Jew and hit him, and with that, opens a new lynching round, as the mob who went away joins him. They beat him with his club, hit in his face and smash a chair on him.

A moment after, the street begins to disperse.
Maybe someone reported cops that come.

Dror lies in the center of the road. Vehicles and bicycles are running around him. No one stops to help, to assist.

And another moment of slump: The State Attorney's Office arrested 4 of the rioters. The indictment [is] without a racism or hate crime clause which is supposed to double the punishment. Dror says he did not talk to his attackers, who cursed and talked to him in Hebrew and that it was clear to them that he was a Jew. And if one assumes that this is a pilgrim from Amsterdam who brought his dog [with him], or a photographer of the National Geographic?

Is the beating him because he is not an Arab not to be considered? Will shooting on a vehicle whose language of its passengers is not known no longer be considered a nationalist attack?
