Mistaken assumption of the article

The article says Arab leaders attack Israel in public but in private do not support a State for Palestinians. In fact they want to liquidate Israel, but not for the sake of Arab residents of the land. They despise the latter. But they want the land to be under Muslim rule. In public they speak for the Palestinians so as to show they care for suffering people, otherwise why should Iraq for example wage war against Israel
