Footnote: Our dear Robert and the disaster of "Mary the sister of Aaron."

Our dear Robert can you explain to us the following in Surat Mariam:28 (not the Pakistani Arabic Surah Mariam):

يا أخت هارون

Or: O Sister of Aaron

Notice that this is addressed to the Quranic Mariam

So is Mariam the sister of Moses and Aaron or did Abul Qasim and Gabriel have no clue that this is a disaster?

Oh and al-Tabari comes to the rescue and tells us a funny little story and here is the text

كعبا قال: إن قوله ( يَا أُخْتَ هَارُونَ ) ليس بهارون أخي موسى، قال: فقالت له عائشة: كذبت، قال : يا أمّ المؤمنين، إن كان النبيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قاله فهو أعلم وأخبر، وإلا فإني أجد بينهما ستّ مئة سنة، قال: فسكتت.

Or: Ka'b (this is a Jewish Rabbi) said to 'A'isha (the 6 year old wife of prophet Abul Qasim aka Muhammad): Truly His saying "O Sister of Aaron" is about Aaron the brother of Moses? (it seems that 'A'isha recognized the coming disaster) and 'A'isha said: You are a liar. He (Ka'b) O Mother of the Believers, if the prophet May Allah Pray Upon Him and Salute he knows more and is informed, BUT I find between them (Aaron and Mariam) a difference in time of 600 years. Then he said: And I stopped talking.

I do not blame the poor guy for not saying more. But I'm sure he left this encounter muttering: Muhammad had no clue that Mariam the mother of 'Essa is not the sister of Moses and Aaron and this means that he is a false prophet.

What a disaster

So let me see your Allah has the time and the ink and paper to tell us about Arabic speaking ants and Solayman Flying Carpet but not time to fix this disaster?
