State Dept. pre 9/11

Dear Daniel,

The US State Dept. was chronically condemning Israel's defensive measures against terror and supportive of Arab views, helping to legitimize them. I believe they helped camoflauge the severity of radical Islam, even with the bombing of the Pan Am flight over Lockerbie, WTC 1993, the marines killed in Beirut 1983, hijacked planes and killy US navy man Robert Stethem, Mr. Klinghoffer and the Achille Lauro, and the steady flow of dead Israelis.

The complacency began there. There are now daily Islamic attacks worldwide.
